We are proud to provide the photography for Ingram Athletics and Athletic-Supporting Groups in 2025! IPI!
Photos will be available for sale to students and parents as prints and digital downloads, and will also be provided to the Booster Club for use in the program and other hype paraphernalia without cost.

Monday, March 10 (rescheduled)
- 3:00 PM — IMS Baseball and Softball — Individual and group portraits (wear uniform) at the fields. Backup date in case of inclement weather: Monday, March 10, same time
Tuesday, March 11
- 3:00 PM — ITM Track — Individual and group portraits (wear uniform)
Monday, March 31
- 3:00 PM — ITM Tennis & Golf — Individual and group portraits (wear uniform)
Ordering Photos
You may order via an order form on PHOTO DAY, or later using our online platform (linked below). Please note… PHOTO DAY orders are substantially cheaper than ordering online! PHOTO DAY orders must be received when your student arrives for his/her picture — no exceptions. If you don’t place an order on PHOTO DAY, you must order online.
We enter our PHOTO DAY orders to the printing system at 5:00 PM on PHOTO DAY, so no exceptions can be made, and no late forms or payments will be accepted.
If you wish to order a product that is not available via the order form, that order must be placed online, such as unique/large print sizes, siblings, small groups, etc.

Payments
Payments are accepted as cash, check, or Venmo. Feel free to scan or click the QR code below to make your payment. Be sure to include your Venmo User Name on your order form, and place your student’s name in the comments section of your Venmo payment to be sure we apply it correctly!
If Venmo asks for a phone number to verify that you know me, please enter 830-214-7635.
Receiving Your Order
If you place your order on PHOTO DAY, your printed products should arrive within about two weeks. The school and/or coaches will distribute your products to you or your student.
If you place your order online, you’ll receive a tracking number via email that will indicate when your products will arrive based on what shipping method you chose.

Individual Portraits
Memory Mate
Each Memory Mate will be customized with your team’s colors and logo, and each player’s name and jersey number, if applicable. Memory Mates are 8″ x 10″ and are perfect for framing.
Trading Cards
These cards are 2.5″ x 3.5″ printed on front and back. Content will vary depending on team.
