Why don’t we take phone calls at all hours?

I am a “one man band” most workdays, busy with clients that have scheduled appointments, or with editing projects that require undivided attention. To keep your costs as low as possible, we do not employ full-time receptionists or administrative staff. That means that we typically will have to schedule a phone call using the app above if we need to have a conversation by phone, and we rely on email for almost all other communication. I’m sorry for this inconvenience, but unfortunately, due to the nature of this business, we cannot be on call for phone calls at all times. Thanks for your patience!
